PLEASE TAKE NOTE! Our prices, grades, colors and weight of product, are subject to change without notice.

1.Shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination.

2.Item(s) will be shipped in 2-4 Business days after processing time for items. 

3. Processing time for items take 7-12  business days after payment is recieved.

Order cancelation 

1. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, you will be refunded through the original form of payment. Please contact us through email infor@adeloves.com to initiate order cancelation.

2. WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDER ONCE 24 HOUR WINDOW FROM TIME OF POURCHASE HAS PASSED, NO EXCEPTIONS!

1.If the item is delivered unsuccessfully to the wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any losses caused and NO REFUND will be issued, NO EXCEPTIONS!

2.If the item is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you AND CHARGE cost of shipping or offer you a refund  MINUS cost of shipping. 

3. WE CANNOT CHANGE AN ADDRESS ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED.  Be sure to check that your address is correct before purchasing. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED!
